Use the beta responsibly
You must be an adult authorized to use the service for your organization. Keep account access secure. Upload only information you have permission to process with the providers described in our privacy notice. Do not use the service to attack systems, access another account’s data, evade limits, or process stolen or unlawful material.
Your content stays yours
You retain your rights to uploaded content and your work. You give ReplyProof the permission needed to store and process it to provide the service. You are responsible for its accuracy, permissions, and suitability for this beta.
Review every answer
AI-generated drafts can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Citations help you check evidence but do not establish that your organization meets a requirement. A responsible person must verify and approve every answer before sending it. ReplyProof is not a legal opinion, security certification, or compliance assessment.
Trial and billing
The standard beta trial includes 50 drafts over 14 days and five active source documents, subject to service availability and abuse controls. No credit card is required and no paid subscription starts automatically. Planned paid prices may change before billing launches. Editing, reviewing, exporting approved answers, and deleting existing content remain available when your trial expires, while the beta service is operating.
Availability and changes
This is an early-access service provided as available. Features and limits may change, and interruptions may occur. We may suspend abusive use or pause new registrations and AI processing. Maintain your own copies of important documents and export work you need. If we discontinue the beta, we intend to provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to export available content.
Close your workspace
You can export and delete workspace content from Account & support. You can request sign-in account removal there as well. Limited records may remain as explained in the privacy notice.

Use Account & support for product, privacy, security, or trial questions. These terms do not exclude rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
